If this property is left unset, a default value of FALSE is assumed. If it is set to TRUE, the dispidTaskRecur (PidLidTaskRecurrence) and dispidTaskDeadOccur (PidLidTaskDeadOccurrence) properties must also be set as specified in [MS-OXOTASK].
