Defines the SeekEventRecord Class.This class is only available in Office2010.When the object is serialized out as xml, its qualified name is p14:seekEvt.

A complex type that specifies a media seek event that occurs during slide show.
Attributes:
time : An xsd:unsignedInt ([XMLSCHEMA2] section 3.3.22) attribute that specifies the time that the event occurs. The value is in milliseconds, relative to the beginning of the slide timeline, which does not include slide transition time.
objId : An a:ST_DrawingElementId ([ISO/IEC-29500-4] section A.4.1) attribute that specifies the identifier of the media object on the slide that is the target of this event.
seek : An xsd:unsignedInt ([XMLSCHEMA2] section 3.3.22) attribute that specifies the time, in milliseconds, of the position to seek to in the media stream.
