Замечания
Если передать в значение null, ResourceDataSet и параметр RdsCreateResources не создает исключение, но не выполняет никаких действий.
Примечание
Для добавления рабочего и расходы даты доступности ресурсов, укажите дату только, не время. Например DateTime dt = DateTime(2011, 06, 26) или DateTime dt = DateTime(2011, 06, 26, 0, 0, 0) работает, поскольку либо значение является ту же дату и время. DateTime dt = DateTime(2011, 06, 26, 9, 0, 0) вызывает исключение SOAP с ошибка GeneralInvalidColumnValue (код ошибки 20000) при попытке создания ресурса.

В примере на основе WCF CreateResourceTest выполняет следующие действия:
Анализирует аргументы командной имя ресурса и процент доступности.
