JScript не поддерживает передачу аргументов типа, содержащего значение, по ссылке.

Параметры

• Resource
  The fully qualified URL for the resource.

• MimeType
  [out] The MIME type of the resource.

Возвращаемое значение

The contents of the resource as a Base 64-encoded byte array.
