Moves a MiningModelColumn that has the specified identifier to the specified index in the collection.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException	fromIndex is less than zero. -or- fromIndex is equal to or greater than H:Microsoft.AnalysisServices.ModelComponentCollection.Count. -or- id idoes not exist in the collection.
