Moves a PerspectiveCalculation to a new index in the collection.

ArgumentOutOfRangeException	toIndex is less than zero. -or- toIndex is equal to or greater than H:Microsoft.AnalysisServices.ModelComponentCollection.Count. -or- item doesi not exist in the collection.
