Size Element for LogFile (ICF)

Specifies the initial size of the log file.

    <LogFile>

        <Size>

Element Characteristics

Characteristic	Description
Data type	string.
Default value	Default file size for the SQL Server instance, which is typically 1 MB.
Occurrence	Optional once per LogFile element.
Updates	Cannot be added, deleted, or modified when updating the instance.

Замечания

You can use the kilobyte (KB), megabyte (MB), gigabyte (GB), or terabyte (TB) suffix. The default is MB. Specify a whole number; do not include a decimal.

The minimum size is 512 KB. The default size is 1 MB.

If you want to alter the database after creating the instance, use the SQL Server tools, such as SQL Server Management Studio.
