Оператор Inequality (Object, CollectionSet.Key)

Does a Boolean inequality comparison between the object sent as a parameter and the right hand side of the key.

A Boolean value that returns TRUE when:

  • both sides are not NULL

  • both sides are NULL AND lhs is a not a key AND the keys are not equal
