IVsDebuggableProjectCfg2.OnBeforeDebugLaunch Method
Provides a method the implementer can use to perform necessary actions before the actual launch of the debugger.

Parameters
- grfLaunch
Type: System.UInt32
[in] Flags determining how to start the debugger. For valid grfLaunch values, see __VSDBGLAUNCHFLAGS.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
Remarks
At the beginning of debugging, the solution build manager first calls OnBeforeDebugLaunch on each project supporting this interface. It then goes through the projects again and performs the actual call to DebugLaunch.
