Determines if a property should be made read only.

Parameters
- dispid
Type: System.Int32
[in] Specifies dispatch ID.
- fReadOnly
Type: System.Int32%
[out] Flag indicating read only.
Return Value

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

Determines if a property should be made read only. This only applies to properties that are writeable, but returning true for *fReadOnly will cause them to be displayed by the Properties window as read only.
