IEnumProjectStartupServices follows the standard enumeration interface structure and has the standard enumerator methods described in MSDN (check the description of IEnumXXXX). As with all enumerator interfaces, the purpose of the interface is to enumerate specific items of a given type. In this case service GUIDs are enumerated.
The GetStartupServiceEnum method returns a pointer to the IEnumProjectStartupServices interface.
