ActivateOwnerDockedWindow gives focus to a child IVsWindowFrame and ensures that its Selection is active. This method is only intended to be used by a parent container for an OwnerDocked window (see VSFPROPID_ParentFrame and VSFPROPID_ParentFrame) in order to forward focus in to the currently active child OwnerDocked window. For normal, top-level document and tool windows Show should be called to activate the window.
