Parameters
- fileName
Type: System.String
The name of the file.
- flags
Type: System.UInt32
If used, values from the __VSCREATEPROJFLAGS enumeration.
- canCreate
Type: System.Int32%
[out] Returns true if the project can be created, otherwise false.
Return Value
Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
