Determines whether the condition was met.

Parameters

• sender
  Type: System.Object
  The sender of the event.

• e
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.WebTesting.ConditionalEventArgs
  The ConditionalEventArgs that contains the event data.
