CreateWorkspaceParameters.OwnerDisplayName Property
The owner display name of the workspace to be created.
The default value for this parameter is RepositoryConstants.AuthenticatedUser (or "."), which indicates that the server should create the workspace on behalf of the calling user. If you are not sure who this resolves to, the value of the AuthorizedUser property of the VersionControlServer object gives the full display name form of the calling user.
