Deleting a Data Collection Package

You can permanently delete any of your existing data-collection packages from both the database and the Application Compatibility Manager.

Important

If you mistakenly delete a data-collection package, you must recreate it by following the instructions in the Creating a Data Collection Package topic.

To delete an existing data-collection package

  1. On the Application Compatibility Manager toolbar, click Delete data collection package(s).

  2. From the confirmation box, click Yes.

    The data-collection package is deleted, along with any associated settings.
