Причина

Эта проблема может возникнуть, если в каталоге Windows Temp существует более 65 000 файлов. Каталог Windows Temp находится в папке C:\Windows\Temp. Проверьте переменные среды Windows, чтобы подтвердить расположение каталога Temp Windows.

Решение

Чтобы устранить проблему, удалите содержимое папки Temp Windows (обычно C:\Windows\Temp), а затем повторите попытку удалить роль или функцию Windows Server.
