Схема счетчиков производительности

Поставщики данных о производительности версии 2 поддерживаются в Windows Vista или более поздней версии. Они используют . ФАЙЛ MAN (манифест инструментирования XML) для определения поставщика, наборов счетчиков и счетчиков.

Примечание

Манифесты инструментирования могут содержать сведения как о поставщиках трассировки событий Windows (ETW), так и о поставщиках счетчиков производительности. Дополнительные сведения о манифестах инструментирования см. в разделах Схема EventManifest и Написание манифеста инструментирования.

В этом разделе описываются следующие элементы и типы, используемые в counters разделе манифеста инструментирования:

• Простые типы счетчиков производительности
• Сложные типы счетчиков производительности

Не используйте localization разделы или stringTable манифеста инструментирования для строк данных о производительности. Вместо этого укажите строки в качестве значений задаваемого атрибута.

После создания манифеста используйте средство CTRPP для проверки манифеста и создания файлов кода (.h) и ресурсов (.rc) для использования при создании поставщика.

При установке приложения запустите средствоLodCtr.exe с параметром /M: , чтобы установить счетчики производительности. Средство LodCtr.exe запишет необходимые сведения в реестр в разделе HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib\_V2Providers\{ProviderGuid}, включая полный путь к двоичному файлу, содержаочному строковым ресурсам для поставщика (как указано в applicationIdentity атрибуте манифеста). Для запуска LodCtr.exe необходимо иметь права администратора. Пример команды установки:

LodCtr.exe /M:"manifest" ["ApplicationIdentityDirectory"]

Если необходимо обновить набор счетчиков, удалите старый набор счетчиков с помощью средстваUnlodCtr.exe с параметрами /G: или /P: . После удаления старого набора счетчиков можно установить обновленный набор.
