RemoveLockForwardDeviceControlInternal rule (wdm)

The RemoveLockForwardDeviceControlInternal rule verifies that calls to IoAcquireRemoveLock and IoReleaseRemoveLock are used in correctly when forwarding an IRP using IoCallDriver to another device.
