Hello everyone! I **** a Turkish man who is trying to buy Roblox Premium.
But when I try to buy anything it gives that error.
I talked with robots, and tried to solve with their automatic tips.
But as always they didn't work. I tried:
Changing E-Mail
Changing Password
Unlocking Account
Deleting Roblox
Trying to buy on another account
Trying to buy something on another app
Changing Credit Card
Trying to buy every purchasable thing roblox has (with real life money)
Trying to buy on another wi-fi connection
Trying to buy on another location
Trying to buy on another time zone
Trying to delete microsoft store
Yes, I tried all of these, But get that error all the time.
Please help I want to communicate with them with their phone number but they don't answer it.

Thanks for the help. I tried buying on my Android Phone 2 times. And both accepted the same payment option. It's not available on my country, so I can not buy on website. I also tried to buy on another computer, but it didn't work, sadly.
I **** also trying to contact with them with their phone number. But I can not reach them.

Is this issue happen just recently and it was working before? Have you tried buying the premium from Roblox official website? Or tried using other devices like android phone, iphone, iPad, or tablet and do the purchase from one of these devices?
