create failure: NAME NOT ALLOWED error

Hello,

I have tried to move folders to another folder in outlook but my IMAP didn't allow me.

It keeps getting error each 10min and annoying me, how can I delete error and keep trying to remove folders.

Could you please confirm if you have tried this on the Outlook web and it is the same or different? Also, have you tried to log out of your account and log in back to check?

Hello Abdullah,

Yes, I tried to move trash, snozzed, templastes folder to another folder to combine so I got this error and getting each 10min.

I couldnt find anything to fix it so I didnt do anything to solve
