In the log file, you can see the errors printed by your Office suite:
[2021/08/21 16:04:03:995] (LL_SUB_FUNC) outlook Init - Exception 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.ApplicationClass' türündeki COM nesnesi 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook._Application' arabirim türüne atanamadı. '{00063001-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' IID'sine sahip arabirim için COM bileşenindeki QueryInterface çağrısı aşağıdaki hatayla başarısız olduğundan bu işlem başarısız oldu: Arabirim desteklenmiyor (HRESULT özel durum döndürdü: 0x80040155).
This error states that the COM component of your Office is no response when calling, mostly it happens you installed more than one Office version, or ever upgrade / downgrade your Office version.
It is nothing to do with WorldCard application, and not even caused by WorldCard, please kindly understand.

P.S The version of Outlook 365 is 9.6, the same as Office 2016/2019.
The best solution is find some experts to restore / repair your COM component for the interface, thank you.
