I **** facing with an error once i **** trying to refresh my BI report on desktop.
An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Unable to find an entry point named 'OpsConIsDRCPEnabled' in DLL 'OraOps12.dll'.'
I tried it with same credinentals and user log in from another computer it was working, seems like sth in my pc is blocking to read the data which we could not discover, Do you have any guidance how to fix it?

Sorry but your problem is not related Power BI. Your problem is with Oracle client. You can try uninstall your Oracle client and install consistent with your Oracle database version. They solve this problem in this site.
