Merhaba, size eşimin mail adresi üzerinden ulaşıyorum. Yakın bir zaman önce telefonumu değiştirdim ve yedekleme yapmadan eski telefonumdaki bilgilerimi sildim. 1998 yılında beri kullanmak olduğum ******@hotmail.com mail adresim bu telefonda kurulu idi ve ek güvenlik olarak authenticator kurmuştum, tabii yedekleme almadan yeni telefonuma geçince ilgili mail adresime giriş yapamıyorum. Kurtarma e-postam var ve bu adresi açabiliyorum ancak bu yöntemle mail adresimi kurtarmayı denesemde başarılı olamadım. Bu konu hakkında yardımlarınızı rica ediyorum.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this situation. Could you please let me know exactly what happens when you try to use the recovery email? For example, do you receive a verification code, an error message, or does the code not arrive at all?

Also, have you already tried signing in from a different device or browser, preferably one that you have used before to access this account? Sometimes using a familiar device, network, or location can help with the verification process.
