Ubisoft Plus payment issue

Yesterday my Ubisoft Plus automatic payment couldn't be deducted, so I tried to pay manually. However, after logging in and making the payment, the money was deducted from my account, but Ubisoft Plus wasn't activated. I also can't find Armored Core V in my account; I've looked everywhere but can't find it. It won't install on my Xbox, and I can prove it with the receipt and purchase history. Can you help me?

    Hi Çağlar Genç,

    If your Ubisoft Plus payment was deducted but the subscription wasn’t activated, you need to contact Ubisoft Support directly.

    • Go to https://www.ubisoft.com/help and select “Payments & Subscriptions.”
    • Provide your receipt and purchase history as proof; this will help speed up the process.
    • For the missing game (Armored Core V), please make sure the purchase was linked to the correct Microsoft/Xbox account.

    Community forums cannot activate subscriptions or fix account issues directly. Ubisoft’s official support team will be able to resolve this for you.
