If your Ubisoft Plus payment was deducted but the subscription wasn’t activated, you need to contact Ubisoft Support directly.
- Go to https://www.ubisoft.com/help and select “Payments & Subscriptions.”
- Provide your receipt and purchase history as proof; this will help speed up the process.
- For the missing game (Armored Core V), please make sure the purchase was linked to the correct Microsoft/Xbox account.
Community forums cannot activate subscriptions or fix account issues directly. Ubisoft’s official support team will be able to resolve this for you.
