UK Retail Group Adopts Single Customer View

UK Retail Group is a diverse company made up of many lines of business, including banking and retail. They wanted to make their business more customer-centric by implementing a new customer analytics capability designed to deliver and deploy valuable customer insights.

UK Retail Group needed a revolution in its decision making process. Information Management Group Ltd. (IMGROUP) built a data warehouse using Microsoft SQL Server, with customer and transactional data records sourced from the client’s multiple business units.

This single customer view (SCV) enables the client to better comprehend the needs and motivations of each individual customer, enabling much more targeted and effective marketing by providing personalised offers.
