Customising the right-click options in Office 2003

Here's a top tip I learned recently from a colleague. You can customise the right-click menu in Office 2003 applications so the options you use most regularly are close at hand. Here's how:

  1. In the application of your choice (Word, Excel...) go to the View menu, Toolbars, Customise
  2. Under the Toolbars tab, select the Shortcut menu
  3. A mini toolbar will appear showing the available context menus
  4. Now click on the Command tab back in the customise window and locate the command you wish to add to the right click menu
  5. Drag and drop the command you want to add into the appropriate context menu

I used this to add Paste Special and Insert Comments to my right-click menu. What will you add?
