Linter kuralı - kaynak simgesi başvurusu kullanma

Bu kural, ve list işlevlerinin referenceen iyi olmayan kullanımlarını algılar. Bu işlevleri çağırmak yerine kaynak başvurusu kullanmak söz dizimini basitleştirir ve Bicep'in dağıtım bağımlılık grafınızı daha iyi anlamasını sağlar.
