Yeni bir API Anahtarı oluşturmak kolaydır ve DocuWare'in içinden yapılabilir.

DocuWare'de yeni bir API Anahtarı oluşturmak için şu adımları izleyin:

1. Power Automate ile kullanmak istediğiniz DocuWare hesabınızda oturum açın
2. Ana menüden "Yapılandırmalar" bölümüne gidin
3. "Yapılandırmalar" sayfasından "Tümleştirmeler" bölümüne gidin ve "Power Automate API Anahtarları" simgesine tıklayın
   • "Power Automate API Anahtarları" simgesini görmüyorsanız, kullanıcınızın doğru izinlere sahip olmaması mümkündür. Bu sorunu çözmek için DocuWare yöneticinize başvurun.
4. "API Anahtarı Oluştur" düğmesine tıklayın
5. "Ad" ve "Açıklama" (isteğe bağlı) değerlerini doldurun ve "Oluştur"a tıklayın
   • "Oluştur" tuşuna bastıktan sonra yapılandırma işlemi anahtarınızı oluştururken biraz gecikme olabilir.
   • Ayrıca API Anahtarınızı kaydettiğinizden emin olun. Bu, api anahtarının tamamını görüntülemek için tek fırsatınız olacaktır. Bu anahtarı kaybederseniz, başka bir anahtar oluşturmanız gerekir.

Bu noktada, DocuWare bağlantısı oluşturmak için Power Automate'te kullanılabilecek geçerli bir API Anahtarınız vardır. Bu bağlantı daha sonra DocuWare Power Automate Bağlayıcısı ile kullanılabilir.

Bağlayıcınızı kullanmaya başlama

Power Automate'te bağlantı oluşturmak kolaydır ve akışlarınızı oluştururken yapılabilir.

Power Automate'te yeni bir bağlantı oluşturmak için şu adımları izleyin:

1. Power Automate'de oturum açma
2. Yeni akış oluşturma veya mevcut bir akışı açma
3. DocuWare Power Automate bağlayıcısından akışınıza etkinlik ekleme
   • Akışınıza yeni bir adım eklemek için "+ Yeni Adım" seçeneğine tıklayın
   • "Bir işlem seçin" seçeneği sunulduğunda, kategori seçiminden "Tümü"nü seçin ve arama alanına "DocuWare" yazın.
   • "DocuWare" bağlayıcısını seçin ve ardından kullanılabilir eylemler listesinden seçim yapın.
4. Eylem akışa eklendiğinde yeni bir bağlantı oluşturmanız istenir.
5. Önceki bölümde DocuWare'den aldığınız bir bağlantı adı ("Bağlantı Adı") ve API Anahtarı ("API Anahtarı") girin ve "Oluştur"a tıklayın.

Bilinen sorunlar ve sınırlamalar

Şu anda DocuWare'in Power Automate bağlayıcısı yeni Power Automate Flow tasarımcısında desteklenmiyor.

Yaygın hatalar ve çözümler

HTTP Hata Kodları:

• 400: Etkinlikteki tüm gerekli alanları doldurduğunuzdan emin olun. Bazı alanlar gereklidir ve etkinliğin çalıştırılabilmesi için önce doldurulması gerekir.
• 401: Doğru API Anahtarını girdiğinizden emin olun. "Yapılandırmalar" sayfasında, "Tümleştirmeler" -> "Power Automate API Anahtarları" altında API Anahtarının durumunu da de kontrol edebilirsiniz.
• 404: Belirtilen belgenin ve/veya dosya dolabının mevcut olduğundan ve bunlara erişiminiz olduğundan emin olun. Belge veya dosya dolabı yoksa veya bunlara erişiminiz yoksa 404 hatasını alırsınız.
