Devices supporting the 10-bit output capability CameraMetadata.REQUEST_AVAILABLE_CAPABILITIES_DYNAMIC_RANGE_TEN_BIT must list a 10-bit supported dynamic range profile that is expected to perform optimally in terms of image quality, power and performance. The value advertised can be used as a hint by camera clients when configuring the dynamic range profile when calling OutputConfiguration.setDynamicRangeProfile(long).
