Remarks
Specifies if user switching is blocked on the current user.
This restriction can only be set by the device owner, it will be applied to all users. Device owner can still switch user via DevicePolicyManager#switchUser(ComponentName, UserHandle)
when this restriction is set.
Holders of the permission android.Manifest.permission#MANAGE_DEVICE_POLICY_USERS
can set this restriction using the DevicePolicyManager APIs mentioned below.
The default value is false
.
