This member is deprecated. Starting in VERSION_CODES#JELLY_BEAN_MR1 the lockscreen uses Settings.System#HAPTIC_FEEDBACK_ENABLED. Accessing this setting from an app that is targeting VERSION_CODES#M or later throws a SecurityException.
