DTRMV performs one of the matrix-vector operations x := Ax or x := A**Tx

Parameters

- Int32
Specifies whether the matrix is an upper or lower triangular matrix.
- TransA
- Int32
The type of transpose applied to matrix A.
- Diag
- Int32
Specifies whether or not A is unit triangular.
The input allocation contains matrix A, supported elements type Element#F64
.
The input allocation contains vector x, supported elements type Element#F64
.

- Int32
The increment for the elements of vector x, must be larger than zero.
