GenerateResource.NeverLockTypeAssemblies Property

(default = false) When true, a new AppDomain is always created to evaluate the .resx files. When false, a new AppDomain is created only when it looks like a user's assembly is referenced by the .resx.
This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
