Context passed to an incremental generator when it has registered an output via RegisterPreCompilationSourceOutput<TSource>(IncrementalValueProvider<TSource>, Action<PreCompilationSourceProductionContext,TSource>). Pre-compilation source outputs execute before the compilation is available and can only add source files, not report diagnostics.
