Public Property BindingContext As Object
Property Value
An Object that contains the properties that will be targeted by the bound properties that belong to this BindableObject. This is a bindable property.
Remarks
Typically, the runtime performance is better if BindingContext is set after all calls to SetBinding(BindableProperty, BindingBase) have been made.
The following example shows how to apply a BindingContext and a Binding to a Label (inherits from BindableObject):
var label = new Label ();
label.SetBinding (Label.TextProperty, "Name");
label.BindingContext = new {
Name = "John Doe",
Company = "Xamarin"
};
Debug.WriteLine (label.Text); // prints "John Doe"
