yöntem çağırmayı içerir.
Begin
yöntemi genellikle arabirimini uygulayan IAsyncResult bir nesneyle hemen döndürür ve daha sonra zaman uyumsuz yöntem çağırmasını End
tamamlamak için yöntemine geçirilebilir. Arabirimi uygulayan IAsyncResult döndürülen nesne bu özellik tarafından temsil edilir.
