Neden

FederatedEmail.4c1f4d8b-8179-4148-93bf-00a95fa1e042 silinmiş ve yeniden oluşturulmuşsa bu sorun oluşabilir. AD-RMS Süper Kullanıcılar Grubu yeniden yapılandırıldıktan sonra yukarıdaki hata yine oluşur.

Çözüm

Exchange sunucusunda şu adımları izleyin:

1. IRM'i kapatın.

   Set-IRMConfiguration -InternalLicensingEnabled $false
   

2. içindeki C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\DRM\Serverdizinleri yedekleyin ve silin.

   Not

   Sunucu klasörü gizli bir sistem klasörüdür ve klasörü görüntülemek için Korumalı işletim sistemi dosyalarını gizle seçimini kaldırmanız gerekir.

3. Yeni -den başlatma.

4. IRM'yi etkinleştirin.

   Set-IRMConfiguration -InternalLicensingEnabled $true
   

5. IRM'i test edin.

   Test-IRMConfiguration -sender [user@domain.com]

Exchange, silinen FederatedEmail hesabından eski GIC'yi kullanır. Sunucu klasörünün altındaki dosyaları kaldırdıktan sonra, yeni GIC yalnızca Exchange sunucuları yerel sistem hesabını içerir.

Yeni GIC'nin FederatedEmail hesabıyla düzgün çalışması için Exchange sunucusunun yeniden başlatılması gerekir.
