Sets the media endpoint of an agent desktop.

Syntax

bool SetAgentMediaAddress(
    string mediaId
)

Function SetAgentMediaAddress (
    mediaId As String
) As Boolean

Parameters

• mediaId
  Type: System.String

  Specifies the media ID.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean

Type: Boolean
True if the media endpoint is successfully set, otherwise false.

Remarks

This could be a TN, IPAddress or some other method. The implementation of the method is up to the CTI Provider as defined in the CTI hosted control.
