The administrator will be responsible for configuring the autoscaling behavior of the Microsoft Azure application. This role includes defining the autoscaling rules that govern the behavior of the application, and monitoring the effects of the rules to ensure that the application meets its service-level agreements (SLA) while minimizing running costs.
