Gets or sets the Boolean property value that specifies whether the Default object or Rule object header is editable as text.

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
A Boolean property value that specifies whether the header is editable as text.
If true (default), the header is editable as text.
If false, the relevant properties of the Default object or Rule object must be set to define the trigger.
