Küçük harf fonksiyonu, $arg içindeki her karakteri küçük harflere dönüştürür. Unicode kod noktaları için Microsoft Windows ikili küçük harf dönüşümü, karakterlerin nasıl küçük harfe dönüştürüleceğini belirtir. Bu standart, Unicode kod noktası standardı için eşlemeyle aynı değildir.

Arguments

Remarks

Eğer $arg değeri boşsa, sıfır uzunlukta bir dizi döner.
