This module provides three practical lessons managers can take to cultivate psychological safety on their teams. It also teaches managers how to use Copilot to help them practice these lessons.
Learning objectives
By the end of this module, you should be able to:
- Define what it means to check your reactivity and two strategies for practicing it.
- Understand what it means to listen without agenda and identify two methods to practice it.
- Explain why it is important for managers to model vulnerability first.
- Understand how to use Microsoft Copilot to help you practice the three lessons.
