Test your connector post certification for deployment

Once your connector is certified, it's be deployed to the preview region. You can access the link of this of this preview environment through your offer in Partner Center.

  1. Sign in to Partner Center.
  2. Select MarketPlace offers > Microsoft 365 and Copilot Program.
  3. Open your offer.
  4. Select Product Overview. Under Publisher Sign off, you find the Store Link. The store link redirects you to the preview environment to test your connector.
  5. In the certified version of your connector, create connections and flows to test all the triggers and actions. For testing guidelines, go to Test your connector in this article.
  6. Confirm your testing results by selecting Go-live under Publisher Sign Off.

Upon your confirmation on go-live, Microsoft deploys your connector in all regions. If your connector is using OAuth2, be sure that you enter the proper production ClientID and ClientSecret.

To access the preview environment, you receive an email from Microsoft certificationteam@microsoft.com with the username and one-time password. You're prompted to change this password to conduct testing.

Your preview environment expires in two (2) business days. You need to conduct the testing within two business days and confirm the go-live to Microsoft. If this isn't done, the offer is rejected and you're required to resubmit.

Test your connector

  1. Sign in to Store Link from Partner Center.

  2. On the menu to the left, select Custom Connectors.

  3. On the panel to the right, find and select your custom connector.

  4. If your custom connector uses OAuth2 authentication, be sure that you provide a valid production ClientID and ClientSecret.

    Ensure that you're testing the correct connector during this process. This must be the certified version we've deployed in preview.

  5. Conduct extensive testing to ensure that your connector is ready to be deployed to all public regions:

    1. Create new flows in the environment.
    2. Test all connector fields and operations.

  6. After testing is complete, notify Microsoft in Partner Center.

After you test your connector

After you notify Microsoft that you completed testing, Microsoft does the following:

  • Deploy your connector on the Premium tier to all public regions.

    • This process is expected to take 5 to 6 weeks.
    • Microsoft deploys incrementally in regions around the world.
    • The Premium tier can't be removed or changed at any time.
  • If there are any issues, we contact you in Partner Center.

When deployment is complete, users with a Power Automate license can use your certified connector.
