Definition

Returns the era in the specified DateTime.

Parameters

time
DateTime

The DateTime to read.

Returns

An integer that represents the era in the specified DateTime.

Remarks

The Hijri calendar recognizes one era: A.H. (Latin "Anno Hegirae", which means "the year of the migration," in reference to the migration of Muhammad (PBUH) from Mecca).
