Initializes a channel listener for accepting one-way channels.

Parameters

The BindingContext that provides context for the binding element.
Returns
The IChannelListener<TChannel> of type IChannel initialized from the context.
Exceptions
context is null.
The type of TChannel is not IInputChannel.
The inner binding element does not support IDuplexSessionChannel or IRequestChannel.
Remarks
This method creates a channel listener, which is used to create a channel that processes incoming messages for this binding.
