FillFormat.PresetGradient method (Excel)

Sets the specified fill to a preset gradient.

Syntax

expression.PresetGradient (Style, Variant, PresetGradientType)

expression A variable that represents a FillFormat object.

Parameters

Name Required/Optional Data type Description
Style Required MsoGradientStyle The gradient style.
Variant Required Integer The gradient variant. Can be a value from 1 through 4, corresponding to one of the four variants on the Gradient tab in the Fill Effects dialog box. If Style is msoGradientFromCenter, the Variant argument can only be 1 or 2.
PresetGradientType Required MsoPresetGradientType The preset gradient type.
