Creates a region.

Parameters

region
The name of the region that is created.

Return Value

Returns aBoolean value..

Remarks

A value of true indicates that the region created successfully. A value of false indicates that the region already existed. For more information about regions, see Logical Model.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
