virtual store

A certificate store that consists of a collection of other certificate stores. A single search or enumeration function on a virtual store will search all of the stores that are members of the virtual stores collection. Any addition to a virtual store will add an element to one of the members of that store.

virtualization

A feature of User Account Control (UAC) that allows per-machine file and registry operations to target virtual, per-user file and registry locations rather than the actual per-machine locations.
