360 feedback provider selection

Customize the experience for 360 subjects in this section of Cycle Settings. Microsoft Viva Glint prepopulates standard content and allows you to preview the subject experience. Each section can be edited to align with the different stages of the 360 cycle.

Customize overview content

Use the + symbol to open the dropdown menu of macros to customize each field. Then select Preview to check that everything looks as you expect.

Setup what a subject sees as they get ready to select feedback providers. Use this area to help your subject make appropriate selections and explain why some feedback providers may be preselected.

Customize this email template and send it to provide expectations to 360 feedback programs subjects.

Manage translations

For each section on this page, selecting Manage Translations opens the Overview Translation slider window.

  1. Choose other languages from the Language dropdown menu
  2. Make changes within the content as desired. Translation edits auto-save as you continue to edit for other languages.
  3. Make other edits at any time.
